The bridge’s highlight is its fire and water performance, which takes place every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday at 9:00 p.m and consists of two rounds of fire breathing (each with nine bursts) followed by three rounds of water spraying. This performance has transformed the Dragon Bridge into one of Da Nang's most recognisable landmarks, attracting thousands of visitors each year.

How to get there

The Dragon Bridge is located on Nguyen Van Linh Street, in Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District, and is currently the seventh bridge crossing the Han River. If you're coming from Da Nang International Airport, it's just about 3 km away. Simply follow Nguyen Van Linh Street by taxi or motorbike - once you reach the end of the road, you'll arrive at the tail end of the Dragon Bridge.

  • From My Khe Beach: Take Vo Nguyen Giap Street, turn onto Vo Van Kiet, then continue to Bach Dang Street. Turn left onto Le Hong Phong, then left again onto Tran Phu and Nguyen Van Linh to reach the head of the Dragon Bridge.
  • From Hoi An: Follow the scenic Lac Long Quan coastal road, pass through Ngu Hanh Son, and turn onto Tran Thi Ly Street - from there, you’ll reach the Dragon Bridge in about 45 minutes by motorbike or car.
