Cua Dai Beach is in southern Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province. It has an incredibly convenient location, just 5 kilometers east of Hoi An City Center and 7 kilometers northeast of Hoi An Ancient Town. Grilled stingray is considered the most famous and delicious dish in Cua Dai. Stingrays are shallow-water fish with a fan-like shape, moss-green skin, and a long tail. They have no bones, only cartilage, making them very easy to eat.
Stingrays can be prepared in various ways, but the most delicious is grilled stingray. After cleaning, the fish is marinated with lemongrass, turmeric, and other spices, then grilled to release a fragrant aroma. It's served with fresh herbs rolled in rice paper and dipped in sweet and sour fish sauce.
This dish is made from cleaned squid, deep-fried until golden brown. The squid is then transferred to another pan and tossed with fish sauce until well coated. Fried squid with fish sauce can be enjoyed immediately or paired with fresh herbs and cucumber. For a bolder flavor, add chili sauce. You'll find it hard to resist.

Sea jellyfish appear only in the waters off Da Nang and Quang Nam from May to July. Once caught, they are cleaned of mucus and deodorized. They are then combined with unripe bananas, green mangoes, ginger, garlic, chili peppers, herbs, and peanuts.
Toss all these ingredients with sweet and sour fish sauce, add a pinch of sugar, and let it marinate for about 3 minutes to taste. This seemingly simple dish is very popular in restaurants near the beach.
