Our guide will meet you at the Mekong Princess docked at Hoang Dieu Harbor, Can Tho. Boarding is from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, with departure at 11:00 AM. After a safety briefing, enjoy lunch on board.

In the afternoon, take a sampan to Hoa An village to visit flower gardens and interact with locals. Then, travel by motor cart to another village to learn about conical hat-making and explore the peaceful surroundings.

The Princess will anchor near Gieng Island.

After a hearty breakfast, we board sampans to explore Gieng Island. We’ll take a short walk through the local sampan village and then enjoy a canal drive through mango gardens. Next, we’ll travel by "xe loi" (motor trishaw) to visit the Phanxico Monastery.

In the afternoon, we visit Hong Ngu village, near the Vietnam-Cambodia border. Known for its Khmer scarves, visitors can witness the weaving process in local homes and enjoy the art of embroidery. We’ll also explore the Hoa Hao temple, dedicated to a unique local religion.

The ship will anchor in Tan Chau overnight.

This morning, the Mekong Princess arrives at the border to complete exit procedures before continuing to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. Enjoy the scenic views of the Mekong River as we head towards Phnom Penh. After immigration, local cyclo drivers will take you on a city tour, starting along the riverfront to the Royal Palace. Stroll through the beautiful gardens, visit the Throne Hall and Moonlight Pavilion, and explore the Silver Pagoda, home to the Emerald Buddha and Maitreya Buddha, encrusted with 9,000 diamonds.

Next, the cyclos will take you to the National Museum, home to significant pre-Angkorian and Angkorian artifacts, including items from the Angkor Archaeological Area in Siem Reap.

After the excursion, please place your checked luggage outside your suite. Bid farewell to the Mekong Princess and its crew at Phnom Penh Port. You will disembark at 5:00 PM.
