09:00 DEPART LUANG PRABANG

Meet your boat captain and English-speaking tour guide at the docks. Depart Luang Prabang and enjoy the 30-min cruise down the Mekong river to Pha Tad Ke.

09:30 ARRIVE PHA TAD KE BOTANICAL GARDENS

Arrive at Pha Tad Ke, the first botanical gardens in Laos. Spend some time to explore the abundant garden grounds and the beautiful displays of flora in this natural oasis.

11:30 DEPART PHA TAD KE TO BAN SALEUAN

Depart Pha Tad Ke and head downriver to Ban Saleuan village.

12:00 ARRIVE AT BAN SALEUAN + LUNCH WITH MS. PHAI

Arrive in the village of Ban Saleuan. You’ll be warmly welcomed into the home of Ms. Phai, a San Baleuan local who is a long-time friend of Bounmi’s and your fantastic lunch host! Savour an authentic Lao lunch prepared with delicious fresh ingredients, cooked by Ms. Phai herself. An optional trek to the Ban Saleuan Caves is possible if time permits.

13:30 DEPART SAN BALEUAN TO MEKONG EDEN FARM

Depart San Baleuan and head upriver to Mekong Eden Farm.

14:00 ARRIVE MEKONG EDEN FARM + AGRO-ECO TOUR

Arrive at Mekong Eden Farm and receive an introduction about this facility and enjoy the Agro-Ecological tour where you get to learn about sustainable farming methods and how they create sustainable food ecosystems and the different farming techniques they use.

15:00 DEPART MEKONG EDEN FARM TO LUANG PRABANG

Hop back aboard the slow boat and enjoy a 1-hour cruise back to Luang Prabang.

16:00 ARRIVE LUANG PRABANG

Arrive back at Luang Prabang. Transportation will be ready to take you back to your hotel.

Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
