Morning after having breakfast, depart for the famous Cu Chi Tunnels which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war.

SAIGON by night street food tour: 18:00 PM – 21:30 PM
First, you will be picked up from your hotel by an experienced driver in a Female Vespa before being driven to our venue.
Then, we give you a tour of the city so you can see the city's landmarks and narrow streets where locals go about their daily lives. We'd want to introduce you to some of our local favorites, such Vietnamese rice pancakes and spring rolls, at our first stop for dinner, a local eatery.
At the second stop, we invite you to enjoy delicious banana sticky rice from a local vendor. No table and chair to have a seat, we stand by the vendor, look how they make this sweet snack by enjoying their balanced and tasty food.
Then, we continue our discovery of Saigon to local Seafood restaurant, another experience for you to taste the seafood with great ambience of the local.
After that, along the Nhieu Loc canal, let’s chill with the fresh air, having a look at “Happy Road”, then stop at lovely local shop to savour Avocado ice cream - a trendy dessert. Then we will get back to your hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Mekong Delta - Vinh Long.
Mekong Travel boat will take you at the new boat station, downstream on Mekong River seeing many floating cages for farming fish. Stop to visit Vinhlong market in the town. This is the best choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetables...
Then, stop to visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay.
Next visit the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice... Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea. Then, we’ll walk to visit the orchard & traditional house of Ut Trinh family. The optional lunch can be served at this local house.
Biking can be made for a leisure! It will be so amazing to do cycling on village paths to see the daily life of the rural people.
The cruise will go back Saigon city.

Morning we will visit Hoi An town with ancient merchants' houses, a Phuc Kien temple, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the colorful riverside markets, workshops where artisans make Hoi An's famous lanterns. Guests learn how the lanterns are made then have a chance to create their own lanterns, from designing the frame to gluing the cloth.

It’s time to say goodbye Hoian, we take a short flight to Hanoi – the capital of Vietnam. 
Pick up at Noi Bai Airport and transfer to hotel, time free. In the late afternoon we will take cyclo ride through the city's Old Quarter. In the evening enjoy a Water puppet show – a remarkable Vietnamese art form that combines traditional music, fireworks, underwater puppeteers, and elaborate puppets floating gracefully over water.

Today, we enjoy a full day city tour starting with the Ho Chi Minh Complex. This famous site contains the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh (Close on Monday, Friday & November), the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Close to this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. We follow this with the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam. 
In the afternoon, visit the impressive Ethnologic Museum, dedicated to Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups, several of which we will see on our forthcoming trekking.

Today, we continue to visit some of Halong Bay’s more untouched locales. Exact locations depend on tide conditions. Enjoy a leisurely day of kayaking, cave exploring and swimming. A multi-course lunch will be served mid-day. Pack lightly; swimwear and a set of dry clothes, and as there are different activities during the day bring both shoes (such as trainers) and flip-flops or sandals. Visiting the most quiet and Beautiful are in Bai Tu Long Bay and Halong Bay like: Three Peach area, Bat Cave and Pearl Farm. You will return to your overnight boat at 16.00.

Soak in the dramatic sunrise over the bay on sundeck or enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea as you view the fishermen of Halong Bay. Arrive back at the pier for disembarkation, journey back to Hanoi.
