Itinerary
Our adventure begins at 8:00 AM when your tour guide collects you from your hostel, signaling the start of an unforgettable day. As we exit the city, prepare to be amazed by the stunning transformation of the landscape as we journey through majestic mountains toward Tam Son.
We'll pass through Bac Sum Pass and traverse Heaven's Gate, where you can enjoy sweeping vistas of the Twin Mountains and Tam Son Town.
Continuing on to Yen Minh, we’ll take a culinary break to savor a delicious lunch. The journey proceeds to Dong Van, where the scenic Chin Khoanh Pass adds to the day’s wonders. As we enter the Dong Van karst plateau, recognized as a significant geoheritage site in Vietnam, you'll be captivated by sprawling rice fields, striking limestone formations, and breathtaking views.
Engage with local mountain tribes, observe traditional agricultural practices, and visit the historic Hmong king's palace, the home of the Voung family in Sa Phin.
Arriving in Dong Van in the late afternoon, enjoy a delightful dinner and take some time to explore the town at your leisure.

After a hearty breakfast, we set off from Dong Van town into what promises to be the most breathtaking segment of our Ha Giang Tour 3 days. Traveling along the famous Happiness Road, which connects Dong Van to Meo Vac, we'll soon reach the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass. Known as the "king" of passes in Vietnam, Ma Pi Leng is famed for its steep cliffs and stunning vistas, soaring to an altitude of 2,000 meters.
To fully experience the splendor of this pass, we'll take the scenic route, providing captivating views of the valley and the Nho Que River. At the viewpoint, you’ll be treated to a 360° panorama of Ma Pi Leng Pass, perfect for capturing unforgettable moments. Standing at the top, you'll be in awe of the majestic mountains and flowing rivers.
Throughout the day, you'll immerse yourself in the daily life of local hill tribe villages. Our route will take us through charming villages like Lung Ho, Mau Due, and Meo Vac, where we’ll stop for lunch and a well-deserved break.
Afterward, we’ll continue our journey through more mountainous landscapes to reach the town of Du Gia. Here, you'll enjoy an unforgettable night with a local host family, surrounded by lush green rice fields.
On the third day of your Ha Giang Tour 3 days, you'll begin your return journey to Ha Giang. But this isn’t the end of the wonders waiting to be discovered! As we pass through the town of Quan Ba, you'll have the chance to admire the majestic Nui Do Mountain, affectionately nicknamed "fairy breasts" for its unique silhouette.
Continuing on, we'll traverse the Sky Gate and then reach the scenic Bac Sum Pass. This leg of the journey offers a stunning adventure, with picturesque views and memorable landscapes.
