Thank you for your e mail. We are doing very well and adjusting ourselves into our routines after the incredible holidays we had. 
 
Should I write the feedback here in the e mail and then in trip advisor page as well? Happy to do that.
 
Here it goes the general feedback:

This is the second time I hire the services from Asia King Travel and deal with Mrs Huong. As in my first experience, this time I had an incredible services from beginning to the end. I contacted Mrs Huong around 4 months before our trip and during these months she was incredibly helpful in every single aspect. Mrs Huong suggested places we should visit in Vietnam, programs and things to do and see etc… She accommodated every little detail to suit the needs of our family and the fact that we had two kids in very different ages. I changed the itinerary and dates a couple of times and Mrs Huong was always very happy to go along with the changes, always being helpful and flexible with every request I had. Mrs Huong also is very responsive and very quick to reply to any requests or doubts I had. If it was more urgent I communicated with her via WhatsApp and sometimes in a matter of minutes I would hear back from her and have my request answered.
Mrs Huong also sent a new itinerary every time we changed something and they all contained a very detailed information about what we were going to do, see and experience and how long we would take in each place etc… This allowed us to plan in advance in a great level of details. 
The trip itself was simply FANTASTIC and we had the best time ever. Vietnam is an amazing country with the most beautiful scenery and people. The variety of nature and cities in incredible and it makes the trip a very complete one. You can visit the mountains, the bay, the beach, historic sites, pitoresques and big cities as well. We realized there is enough to do in Vietnam to spend months exploring this incredible country. Mrs Huong’s proposed itinerary offered a huge variety of this so we did cruises, boat trips, explored river (Mekong Delta), big capital cities, historic sites, islands etc… The kids had so much fun as well as Mrs Huong took them into consideration when proposing trips and outings. The hotels we stayed in were also very good and I knew that I could always trust Mrs Huong with her choices because I am certain she would never propose a hotel that wasn’t well located or wasn’t good. Every one of the many hotels we stayed at were greatly located and offered a great breakfast and very good service. 
There was one day only that we felt it was not really well proposed and when we told this to Mrs Huong, she immediately apologized and tried to fix it by returning our payment for this particular day. That shows a level of commitment with customer service that is excellent and it makes me trust Asia King completely as I know that the most important thing for them is to get their customers happy and having an amazing holiday. 
We all left Vietnam certain that this was certainly one of the best holidays we ever had and that we also owe this fact to Mrs Huong and Asia King help. We plan to use their services again when returning to other countries in South East Asia. I couldn't recommend them high enough.

We had an absolute wonderful time!!  Please refer to my comments below.
Bus pick up and transfer to Lan ho Bay was very quick and easy. 
I was impressed how quickly they got us into your office waiting area, manoeuvred our bags and got us onto the passenger ferry out to our boat.
We had an absolutely beautiful greeting as we arrived and got treated like royalty on your boat.  It was beautiful.
Our rooms were amazing and nothing was too much trouble!
Food was amazing and plentiful and the way your staff catered and cooked meals for all the children on board made dining more pleasurable with young children.  Thank you so much for this.
The day trips were great, no time was wasted sitting around, they were all a good length of time too.  The day boat was AMAZING also!
The only thing that could possibly be looked into and that is the evening entertainment was the same both nights (music and fruit carving) however, this was catering for the group over people that arrived that day so I think this is unavoidable.  The way the other group joined our cruise was seamless.
Thanks for making us so welcome we enjoyed  the whole trip!
We looked into travelling from Cambodia to Ho chi Minh by boat however it all seemed too hard so we ended up travelling over land.  Possibly an oportunity

I would like to say that we had an absolutely fabulous time on our trip up the Mekong Delta from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Phen!

Chris, our guide, was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us very well. He was a great person to spend time with and we learnt a lot from him. Chris definitely made the trip a great experience! He definitely was a 5/5 star tour guide!

The driver was also wonderful, drove safely and looked after us well.

 Arranging the trip was easy and your services were very professional. The places we visited along the way were all amazing and well chosen, and gave us a great view of Vietnam (and Cambodia along the river). I would not actually change one thing about the trip - it was fantastic!

We would definitely book a trip through your company again and recommend you to our friends.

Over all, we enjoyed it. The hotel services are all very well. Well located in city center. Easy for us to get to shopping and restaurants. The trips outlines were well planned. I don’t think that we could experience so much without your arrangement and the guides. We enjoyed Hop and Leo’s knowledge and professionalism very much. We had communication challenges with Binh, harder to understand him. I believe he tried very hard to give us the information and tried to help us to enjoy our tour. We like Vietnamese and pleased to see the after war reconstructions. 
 
We are not planning to visit Cambodia or Myanmar. We were in Bangkok and Phuket for two weeks on our own and we enjoyed it too. I will give information to my friends and recommend you if they need a private tour.
