My Cu Pagoda

My Cu Pagoda is considered one of the oldest  in Thuy Nguyen district, as well as in Hai Phong city. According to legend, it is believed to have been built in the 10th century when King Le Dai Hanh visited the temple to pray for an heir to the throne, and later, a king was born. Every year, the temple holds a festival on the 6th day of the Lunar New Year, which is a long-standing village festival spanning many generations and has been consistently maintained, even during times of war. This festival attracts a large number of people from the region who come to participate.
