You will be warmly welcomed upon arrival at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport. After clearing customs, we will transfer you to the heart of Bangkok in a comfortable vehicle. Check into your hotel, take some time to relax, and enjoy your free afternoon to unwind after your long flight.

Today, we will spend the entire day exploring Bangkok – the city of golden temples.

Our first stop is the Grand Palace, a massive architectural complex that spans over 2 square kilometers. It includes three main sites: the Royal Palace, the Royal Office, and several pagodas (Wat) built in the 1770s. Although the Grand Palace is no longer the residence of the Thai royal family, it remains the venue for significant national events.

The highlight of the complex is Wat Phra Kaew, built in 1785 when King Rama I moved the capital to Bangkok. This temple is famous not only for its stunning example of Thai Buddhist architecture but also for housing the sacred jade Buddha statue.

Next, we visit Wat Pho, the oldest and largest pagoda in Bangkok, home to over 1,000 Buddha statues, including the famous reclining Buddha in gold. Wat Pho is also the birthplace of traditional Thai massage, with a medicine school established in 1982 that teaches the art of Thai healing.

We then take a boat ride along the Chao Phraya River, observing local life as we travel. Along the way, we stop at Wat Arun, known for its breathtaking beauty and unique design, featuring glass pieces and Chinese ceramics.

After lunch, we visit Wat Traimit, home to a stunning golden Buddha statue. The statue is believed to symbolize prosperity, purity, strength, and power in Thai culture.

Afterward, return to your hotel and enjoy free time to explore Bangkok by night.

Then, we head to Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, once the most important temple of Ayutthaya, featuring three towering spires in Ceylonese style.

Next, we visit Vihara Phra Mongkhon Bophit, where the famous bronze Buddha statue in the posture of subduing Mara resides. We also stop by Wat Lokaya Sutha, which is renowned for its reclining Buddha statue, an important relic and sacred site for many pilgrims.

En route back to Bangkok, we make a stop at the Royal Summer Palace in Bang Pa-in, a beautiful mix of European, Khmer, Thai, and Chinese architectural styles.

On this day of your Thailand Tour 10 Days 9 Nights, after breakfast, you'll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the pier for a speedboat departure. Your adventure begins at Bamboo Island, where you can relax on the soft white sand or take a swim in the clear waters. Next, explore the Viking Cave, an enchanting and sacred site. You'll then head to Loh Samah Bay, known for its excellent snorkeling opportunities with colorful fish.

Afterward, visit Pileh Bay, a breathtaking blue lagoon surrounded by green limestone mountains, offering stunning views and surreal scenery, famously featured in the movie “The Beach.” The next stop is Monkey Beach, a small deserted island where you can get up close with the monkeys and enjoy the coral reefs.
