- Visit the Daklak Ethnography Museum : 3 spaces with a beautiful exhibition of traditional costumes with natural dyeing, agricultural tools, musical instruments, and especially tools used to capture and domesticate wild elephants; biodiversity, and local history.
- Departure for Lak Lake, and visit coffee and pepper plantations along the way. Small climb on the largest granite rock in Vietnam for a superb panoramic view.
- Lunch at the local restaurant then excursion to the M'lieng village on the other side of the lake to discover the local life of the mountain people. Small gong and traditional dance show with M'nong in their dwelling on stilts.
- Dinner and night at Lak Lake in the houses on stilts.
- Wake up at 5:30 a.m.
- Departure from Jun village on the lakeside at 6:00 a.m. with our mahout in search of the elephant in the forest. Crossing the lake by canoe to feel the freshness of the climate and the serene bucolic landscape. Trample on the grass wet with dew then cross the forest to reach the shelter of our elephant. Seek to understand the methods of leading the elephant with command words, and touches from the feet to the ears.
- Free our elephant from the iron leash then take it to the village. It is entirely possible to ride your elephant without a palanquin for 30 minutes. Bathe your elephant and feed him bananas then tie the palanquin to his back. And there you have it, his work day starts at 8:00 a.m. and you're going to have breakfast.
- Then motor boat towards Lak Tented Camp for a bicycle tour through fields of rice and corn to discover the M'nong village with an experience of the very typical artisanal pottery profession then stop in a large cocoa garden ( tasting a drink made from the flesh of the pod depending on the season).
