Meet at the hotel in Buon Ma Thuot at 8:30 a.m.
Visit the Daklak Ethnography Museum : 3 spaces with a beautiful exhibition of traditional costumes with natural dyeing, agricultural tools, musical instruments, and especially tools used to capture and domesticate wild elephants; biodiversity, and local history.
Then visit the Tuôr village (Ede ethnic group) with wooden longhouses on stilts and coffee, pepper, and cocoa gardens.
