Oriental Light Festival is an occasion to honor the unique and special traditional art and culture, expecting to introduce Vietnamese culture to international friends.
Organized in Ocean City (Hanoi) from January 18 to March 16, a series of events and activities will be carried out to create a new ‘Spring Hangout’ culture for Vietnamese people. Those special events await, creating a sparkling artistic space, and lighting up the colorful spring journey.

Oriental Light is the first 58-day festival in Ocean City, featuring numerous large-scale activities. The Spring Fair is organized in K-Town and Little Hong Kong streets before the Lunar New Year. Fair 2025 will gather booths displaying Tet specialties from three Vietnamese regions, ceramic products, fine arts, etc.

The International Food Festival is another highlight activity in this Spring Fair. Visitors can try special dishes from different cultures like Vietnam, Korea, Italy, and China.
During the New Year time, the Ocean Fair Market will be carried out every Saturday and Sunday on The City of Lights’ square (Ocean City, Hanoi). Based on the theme ‘Shan Hai Jing & Ling Nan Zhi Guai - Exhibition of mysterious Eastern creatures’, Fosun’s lantern models allow viewers to immerse in a vivid and occult culture discovery journey.

Another highlight is the cluster of artistic lanterns bearing the mark of East Asia. The focal point is the majestic Dragon Gate, symbolizing prosperity and harmony between human beings and nature. Along with the sparkling works of art, the International Lantern Festival 2025 also carries a profound humanistic meaning through the Wishing Road. Giang Vo Spring Market will last 58 days, from 18/01 to 16/03. It gathers nearly 200 booths with diverse products, bringing a Tet Holiday atmosphere to every corner.

Sweet Cake Festival is organized on Valentine’s occasion with more than 20 booths selling cakes, chocolate, mochi, and lovely desserts. A series of memorable activities will be specifically designed for couples, namely workshops, check-in spots, and enjoying lovers’ parties together.

This event will take place over 3 days (07/03 - 09/03). Attendants can try on traditional costumes and behold the parade of thousands of people in costumes of ancient dynasties. The series of Oriental Light events ended with the lively Road-to-8WONDER Music Festival, along with the closing ceremony of the 2025 International Lantern Festival. It is held on March 15 and 16 with the participation of Korean artists and famous V-pop artists.
