We go through  many small villages and beautiful paddy fields before we arrive the former capital city of southern kingdom Champasak.
Check in hotel and relax
Enjoy dinner at the hotel. Overnight at a hotel in Champasak.

Champasak – Kiet Ngong village (B, L, D)
After breakfast we start riding to visit the Pre-Angkor ruins of Wat Phou which used to be the religious respect place of Hindu worshipers then were replaced by Buddhist temple at the end of the 11 century.

We spend some time here discovering the temple before cycling back to the town and pass  Mekong river by ferry and cycle to Kiet Ngong village.
Lunch will be served at Kingfisher Ecolodge.
After lunch,  we will have chance to experience elephant riding at the village.

Overnight at the Kingfisher Ecolodge.

Kiet Ngong village – Khong island (B, L, D)
Our destination today would be widest and most fascinating part of the Mekong River - Si Phan Done which mean 4000 islands in Lao language. We will leave early as soon as possible after breakfast. It takes us approximately 10 km of cycling from the hotel to junction then turn left and start heading to the  southern of Cambodia.
Our road today will be quiet and flat and we will have chance to enjoy some amazing scenery, we go through many villages with children gathering in groups waving their hands and say hello with us. it would be quite strange for them to see us travel by bicycles (it feels hard for them).

Then we make a stop every 20 or 25 km for refreshments and we have lunch under the tree shadow by the road it would be interesting experience. We then cross back over to the Mekong River to one of the biggest island in the Mekong River, Kong Island (it is the hometown of former Lao president). We ride a short way to our hotel. Dinner is in the hotel.

Khong island – Khone Island (B, L, D)
After breakfast at hotel, we continue to cross the river and head to the Southern where we ride as far as the Khon Pha Pheng water fall.
We have a short rest and then cycling back and take a local boat trip to the tiny island of Don Det Island where our lunch will be served.

After lunch we continue to cycle along the old French Railway down to the beach where we hop on small boats to Cambodian waters in search of  fresh water Dolphins.
We ride back to our hotel after an hour. Dinner at the hotel.

Khone island - Tad Fane (waterfall)- ( B, L, D)
After breakfast, we spend around 2 hours on visiting the famous coffee growing area of Laos, the Bolaven Plateau
Then we continue to head to the Northern for visiting Pakse before beginning  to climb up into the temperate coffee growing area renowned for its Arabica and Robusta beans. These beans fetch some of the most expensive coffee in the world.

When we climb, we have chance to see coffee everywhere as the plantations concentrate on the side of the road. We reach the amazing Tad Fane resort, which provides a wonderful backdrop and the very breathtaking Tad Fane fall, if you are feeling energetic you can ride to the other waterfall for swimming or you can spend our time on relax in the restaurant and take the wonderful view.
Dinner will be provided is at the resort.(At a junction where we start riding is at an altitude of 150 m above sea level and the resort where we stay overnight is at an altitude of 960 m above sea level)

Free day (B, L, D)
Today we could be free or make a choice of taking an easy hike around coffee plantations and see the stunning waterfall up close.

Tad Fane – Tad lor (Tad means waterfall) (B, L, D)
Today should be definitely  the best riding in our trip. After riding approximately 12 km, we reach the top of Bolavene plateau (at an altitude of 1280 m). However, you should not worry about that because cycling in the early morning will help to warms you up through a cold morning on the plateau. You still have more energy in the morning after a short rest in a small town on top of a plateau.

We continue our trip by cycling for another 38 km to a small town of Tha Teng (at an altitude of 860 m), this 38- kilometer descent is one of the best rides in this trip. Noodle soup will be provided  for lunch at a local restaurant 30 km far from our destination, Tad Lor Resort (at an altitude of 750 m) .

After lunch we will find it easy to ride downhill on a dirt road for 21 km to the junction. The rest of the road is just 9 km on asphalt and is mainly flat. We check into our hotel in the afternoon and you can relax by swimming at the waterfall or enjoying the view or riding around. Dinner is at the hotel.

Tad Lor – Pakse (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we begin our trip by heading towards Pakse. This road undulates and has a few of lengthy climbs. One is 5 km, one of 49 km, but they are progressing slowly . After that, we start to turn right and head downhill all the way into Pakse. The last 20 km in to Pakse we could ride a bit quickly becasue of downhill. Please be careful  as we head into town as traffic increases significantly. Stay overnight in Pakse.

Pakse – Thai border (B)
After breakfast, our minibus will pick up and transfer to  border after 1:30 hours driving and cross to Thailand. End of services.
