History of Wat Rong Suea Ten

As a matter of fact, Wat Rong Suea Ten has an interesting name, just like its design. "Wat Rong Suea Ten" roughly means the "Temple of the Dancing Tiger," which reportedly originates from the local lore of tigers roaming in the area and crossing this river.

Though the structure standing today is new, it did stand on the premises of a really ancient abandoned temple. In this rich history of the area, he saw an avenue and, thus, pressured the making of a space where modern artistry meets traditional Buddhist themes. Completed in 2016, the Blue Temple symbolizes the new chapter of Thai Buddhist art, full of spiritual reverence combined with creativity.
