About 42 kilometers from the city of Phan Rang-Thap Cham, Vinh Hy is a coastal bay in Ninh Hai District, Ninh Thuan Province. With a height of 1,040 meters above sea level, Chua Mountain embraces it. This is the ideal location for tourists seeking a spot to unwind and re-establish a connection with nature because of the serene ambiance and largely unspoiled landscape.

There are many different means of transportation to get to Vinh Hy Bay depending on your starting point. If you start your journey from Ho Chi Minh City, the most popular transportation options are buses or trains, with affordable ticket prices. If you travel from the North of Vietnam, you will need to book a flight to Cam Ranh Airport and then travel from the airport to the bay which is about 60 kilometers away.
From the airport, follow National Highway 1A southbound for approximately 50 kilometers. Once you pass Ninh Thuan Province, turn onto Provincial Road 702 at the beginning of Vinh Hy Pass. Continue following this road until you reach your destination. The coastal road offers stunning views, with the emerald green ocean on one side and lush green mountains on the other. You'll be able to capture breathtaking natural photos even before reaching the bay.
You would have 3 options to travel to the bay. You can call a cab with prices ranging from VND 700,000 to VND 800,000 for a 4-seater cab or use a charter shuttle service (prices depend on different agencies). If you enjoy traveling independently, you can rent a car with a price range of VND 600,000 to VND 1,500,000 per day or a motorcycle with a cheaper price ranging from VND 120,000 to VND 300,000 per day.
Vinh Hy Bay has a mild climate throughout the year, but the most ideal time to visit is from April to August, when the weather is nice and warm. This creates great conditions for outdoor activities such as swimming, snorkeling, driving along scenic coastal roads, and immersing yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the natural surroundings.
