The ecotourism area of Madagui Forest City is located in Madagui Town, Da Huoai District, Lam Dong Province, equidistant 150 kilometers away from Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat. It is near the border of Lam Dong and Dong Nai Province at the starter point of Central Highlands of Vietnam.
From Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, follow Truong Chinh Road to get to National Highway 1A. Keep going until you reach the Dau Giay Post Intersection. There, you turn into National Highway 20. You will arrive in Madagui Town after crossing Dong Nai Province.

The weather in Lam Dong is stable year-round, with no sudden rain showers. Temperatures typically range from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. During the rainy season from May to October, exploring in the forest can be a bit challenging due to mosquitoes and slippery dirt paths. By the way, you can visit Madagui at any time of the year. Sour lang fish soup is a nutritious soup. Lang fish is a type of smooth-skinned fish living in rivers, with firm, fatty but not greasy meat, and few bones. Combined with fresh sour bamboo shoots, the dish has a blend of the fish's natural sweetness and the light sourness of bamboo shoots, star fruit, and tomatoes.
When enjoying, you will feel the gentle sourness of bamboo shoots, the rich sweetness of lăng fish, and the strong aroma of dill and coriander. A little chili pepper adds more richness, stimulating the taste buds. This dish is often served with cooked rice or fresh vermicelli, suitable for family meals or gatherings.
Can cake is a small cake made from rice flour. It is baked in small molds on a charcoal stove.
