Sapa Panorama in 3 Days Tour

We will pick you up from your Hanoi hotel early (around 7:30 AM) and drive to Sapa via the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway, the longest in Vietnam. As you journey from the Red River Delta through the midlands to Lao Cai province, soak in the breathtaking landscapes. 

By noon, you will arrive in Sapa, a charming town nestled amidst stunning mountains. Have lunch at a local restaurant and transfer to a trekking point in Sa Xeng Village. You can snap some photos of the captivating Muong Hoa Valley along the way.

Upon reaching Hau Thao, begin our afternoon trek to Sa Xeng, following a small back road that winds along the valley. This downhill trek offers stunning views of rice terraces and traditional villages. After roughly 2 hours and 7 kilometers, your trek will conclude. Return to Sapa town to check into the hotel. Have dinner on your own.

After breakfast at the hotel, set off for a moderately challenging trek through Muong Hoa Valley with your guide. Your first stop is Cat Cat village, home to the Black Hmong people. Here, you can capture stunning photos by the waterfall and immerse yourself in local culture with traditional music and dance performances (if you come right at the time of a show) 

The first part of the trek in Cat Cat Village involves navigating down concrete steps to the waterfall but is potentially quite crowded. The adventure soon takes a turn onto a less-traveled dirt path leading you deeper into the valley towards Lao Chai village, offering stunning vistas. A simple lunch will be provided at a local food store along the way.

In the afternoon, descend to Lao Chai village before continuing on to Ta Van village, where you will spend the night in a homestay. While the terrain can get steep at times, posing a slight challenge for older travelers, those with moderate fitness levels should be able to manage the trek comfortably. The homestay offers basic but clean accommodation with bedding and mosquito nets. Dinner and overnight stay at the local house.

This entire trek is estimated to cover roughly 12 kilometers and take approximately 7 hours to complete.

On day 3, you have a leisurely morning to explore at your own pace. Browse the charming shops in Sapa town, picking up unique souvenirs or simply soaking up the local atmosphere. For those seeking a final adventure, there is an optional cable car ride to Fansipan Peak, the highest mountain in Indochina, offering breathtaking panoramic views. 

In the afternoon, we will depart Sapa at 1:00 PM and head back to Hanoi via the same highway, arriving around 6:00 PM.
