We begin our journey with a private car transfer to Hatsa, where we continue to the departure point for a boat ride to Ben Sop Nam, a village of the Laoseng tribe. After the boat trip, we begin a trek to Ban Sop Ngam, where we’ll explore the village and interact with the local people. Enjoy a traditional lunch in the village before embarking on a challenging trek to Ban Peryensongmai.

Our hike takes us through higher mountains and dense forests, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. We’ll arrive at an Akha village in the early evening, providing an excellent opportunity to explore the village and enjoy its scenic beauty. We’ll spend the night in the village, immersing ourselves in its culture and tranquility.

In the early morning, take your time to wander around the village and observe the locals as they go about their daily routines. After breakfast, we begin our trek, either heading towards other Akha villages or following the mountain ridges, where you'll be treated to stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

Today’s journey includes visits to two more Akha villages. We’ll reach Ban Noporxang, an Akha village where we will spend the night, giving you time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and interact with the villagers.

Trekking Level: Moderate

After breakfast, we begin our trek to Ban Chakhampa, passing through young forests and upland rice fields. Upon reaching Ban Chakhampa, we take time to explore the village and enjoy the breathtaking views of the endless mountains.

Next, we continue our trek along a tractor road, heading down towards the Nam Ou River, where we board a boat for a scenic ride to the Power Dam. After the boat trip, we take a public bus from Dam No. 06 to Hatsa. Upon arrival in Hatsa, we enjoy lunch at Ban Hatsa before heading back to Phongsaly town.
