You will have the opportunity to discover the peninsula with the capital Kuala Lumpur, a lively cosmopolitan city. Head to Penang to see the mix of cultures that this part of Malaysia offers with Malaysian, Chinese, and Indian influences.
On our “Peninsula Malaysia 13 Days” trip, you will discover the modern and bustling city of Kuala Lumpur before heading to the tropical jungle of Taman Negara National Park. Wildlife, hiking, and meeting with indigenous people will be on the program. You will then travel to the tea-covered mountains of the Cameron Highlands before reaching the multicultural island of Penang. You will end your journey on the heavenly beaches of Langkawi.

In the morning, departure for the visit of Kuala Lumpur.
This city tour includes a stop at the Royal Palace and the National Monument, passing in front of the Grand Mosque. You will discover the magnificent palace of Sultan Abdul Samad before admiring the famous Petronas Twin Towers, among the tallest in the world, standing majestically in the center of the city.
You will also pass through the Chinatown and Golden Triangle districts.
In the afternoon, depart for the Batu Caves via Embassy Avenue. The Batu Caves, accessible by 272 steps, are home to a sacred Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu god Murugan. Another cave called a cave museum, is filled with images of deities and murals depicting scenes from Hinduism's sacred texts.
Return to your hotel.
Night in Kuala Lumpur.
Morning drive to Taman Negara Park, the oldest tropical forest in the world.
Arriving in Kuala Tembeling, we will sail for 3 hours through local villages and the dense vegetation of the rainforest. Arrival and installation at the Han Rainforest Resort in Kuala Tahan. Dinner at the resort and a night walk in search of insects and wildlife, the first adventure into a tropical rainforest in 130 million years.

You will start the day by caressing the treetops and observing the canopy before heading towards Bukit Teresek Hill.
You will then embark toward the Kuala Terengganu rapids. Prepare to get wet! Stop in an Orang Asli (aboriginal) village. You will be able to discover their way of life and test your marksmanship with the blowgun, a traditional hunting weapon, the favorite weapon of the Orang Asli.
Return to the station and free evening.

Breakfast at the hotel. The road to the Cameron Highlands is located at an altitude of 1600 meters. These highlands are famous for their tea plantations and cool temperatures where vegetables grow in abundance. Arrive at Cameron Highlands and visit a butterfly farm where you can see the most exotic insects in the world and the local market.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Mount Gunung Brinchang located at 2032 meters, the highest mountain in the Cameron Highlands offering a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
Then, a short walk on a ridge called “Mossy Mountain” towards the neighboring summit. All the trees are covered in moss, and many carnivorous plants and wild orchids can be seen.
Departure for the BOTH tea plantation, (Sungai Palas) the pioneer in this field in Malaysia.
This plantation created in 1929 on this vast estate by John Archibald Russell, a Scot, is still managed by the same family to this day. After the guided tour of the factory, you will have the opportunity to enjoy tea and sightsee the magnificent view of the plantations (the Sungai Palas plantation is closed on Mondays).

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Penang, via Ipoh, a lively little town that has retained all its colonial charm.
Visit the Sam Poh Tong cave temple before discovering the charming royal city of Kuala Kangsar, where the sultans of Perak resided. Stop to see the majestic Ubudiah Mosque and the exterior of the Istana Kenangan Palace.
Finally, you continue your journey towards the island of Penang "the pearl of the Orient", classified on the World Heritage List by UNESCO since 2008, crossing the 5th longest bridge in the world.

Breakfast at the hotel. Day of discovery of Penang and its multicultural atmosphere resulting from its colonial, English and Chinese past. Visit the city and its ancient homes of rich Chinese families, its temple of the reclining Buddha (the 4th longest in the world) and the Burmese Dhammikarama temple. Late afternoon, visit the Kek Lok Si temple, the largest Buddhist temple in Malaysia. Return to the hotel Free lunch and dinner.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from your hotel to explore the mangroves from the Geopark. From the “Geopark” pier, you will embark on a 4 to 5-hour boat trip through the mangrove to admire its unique ecosystem and the natural cavities in the limestone rock. You will visit the bat cave and discover a large number of amazing plants. Stop en route at the fish farm to see the different types of fish such as rays, bass, and groupers... You will encounter monkeys, rare kingfishers, monitor lizards, mud crabs, amphibian fish, and black and white eagles. Night at the hotel.
