1:00 pm: Les Rives tour guide will pick you up at your hotel.
1:30 pm: As part of the Secret Footsteps tour, you will visit the Zoo and Botanical Garden – the 8th oldest plant conservation in the world, gathering dozen species of bird, many reptiles and winged species.The group moved to the relic of Nhan Huong restaurant – a secret base of the Saigon – Gia Dinh commando. During the resistance war against the US, under the cover as a refreshment shop, Nhan Huong restaurant. Visitors here can learn about the relic introduction board, visit the exhibits showing the bustling business activities of Nhan Huong restaurant in the middle of Saigon’s long-standing entertainment area.
2:30 pm: You will stop at the National Monument Secret Weapons Tunnel of the Saigon Rangers – which used to conceal nearly 3 tons of weapons for the attack to the Independence Palace and a number of targets of the Saigon government’s headquarters. Guests will chance to take pictures with the legendary Citroen fourgonnette which is used by Mr Tran Van Lai under the name of contractor Mai Hong Que to enter and exit the Independence Palace.
3:15 pm: You will leave the weapon cache and be driven to Biet Dong Sai Gon’s Museum. This is the first private smart museum in Ho Chi Minh City where more than 100 artifacts of Saigon Ranger are being kept. Before ending the Silent Footsteps segment, enjoy butter coffee dipped with special fried dough stick of old Saigon, a unique dish showing cultural diversity of the city
4:00 pm: You will be transferred to the pier.
4:15 pm: You will board a speedboat and start your Sunset Cruise and observe the bustling, historic city from the water. You will explore winding canals and tributaries in a setting similar to the Mekong Delta, with traditional riverside landscapes and lush jungle expenses before watching the city’s skyline beautifully lit up at the sunset.
6:15 pm: You will arrive back at Saigon pier. Les Rives’ van will transfer you back to the hotel.
