CHILD POLICY
- A group with 2 adults and 1 child: the child under 5 years old is FOC, sharing bed with parents.
- A group with 2 adults & 2 children: One child under 5 years old is FOC, the other children under 5 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate, sharing bed with parents.
- A group with 2 adults & 2 children (from 5yo): first child will be charge 75%, the 2nd child will be charge 100% adult ticket. This group will get 1 triple cabin (1 double bed & 1 extra bed)
- Children from 5 to under 9 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate, sharing bed with parents.
- Children from 9 years old are charged at 100% based on adult rates, sharing bed with parents.
- 100% adult ticket will be charged for 2nd child
CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 31 days before guests’ check-in: 20% cancellation charge
- Between 30 and 15 days before guests’ check-in: 50% of total price
- Less than 15 days before guests’ check-in or No Show: 100% of total price
