The cancellation notice must be received in writing either by e-mail or fax. It will be effective on the date of receipt.

- From 74 – 60 days prior to departure : 40% of the cancelled cabins amount
- From 59 – 35 days prior to departure : 60% of the cancelled cabins amount
- From 34 – 20 days prior to departure : 90 % of the cancelled cabins amount
- 19 days or less : 100% of the cancelled cabins amount
(5 to 20 Cabins)
- Up to 95 days prior to departure : 10 of the cancelled cabins amount
- From 94 – 65 days prior to departure : 40 % of the cancelled cabins amount
- From 64 – 35 days prior to departure : 60 % of the cancelled cabins amount
- From 34 – 20 days prior to departure : 90 % of the cancelled cabins amount
- 20 days or less : 100% of the cancelled cabins amount
Children Price & Extra Bed:
- Infants below the age of 4 years may sleep in their parent’s cabin without extra but the company cannot guarantee the availability of a cot.
- Children up to 12 years must occupy a berth and pay 70% of the adult rate if sharing the same cabins. Full rate applied if staying in a different cabin.
