1. Bánh Tráng (Grilled rice paper)

They are large, round, flat salt papers. When heated, they  become easy-to-break into pieces and can be consumed separately, although they are most often added to vermicelli and noodle dishes such as cao lầu and mì quảng.

2. Cao lầu

The dish includes rice paper, raw vegetables, cucumber, green bananas, meat.
