Day 1-3: Bangkok

Fly into Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, marking the start of your journey. This cosmopolitan city has an interesting combination of temples from another time with skyscrapers and irresistible street food.

Your journey begins at the incredible Grand Palace, a magnificent complex that has been home to the country's royalty since the 18th century. You simply have to see the Emerald Buddha – a statue carved from a block of jade!

Then, you simply take a leisurely stroll around the temple's intricate chedis, or stupas, and don't forget to treat yourself to a traditional Thai massage at the world-famous massage school located on the premises.

If you're looking for something a little different, hop into a tuk-tuk and soak up the energy of Bangkok! You'll love hopping into one of Bangkok's famous and iconic three-wheelers! As the sun goes down, it's time to experience some of the amazing nightlife in Bangkok! At Khao San Road, a backpacker favourite, down to Chinatown, you'll find various street food stalls, bars, and even live music. Or, if you're looking for something a bit more classy, grab a stool at one of the city rooftop bars and enjoy a cocktail while you take in the sparkling skyline.

Day 4-6: Chiang Mai 

Chiang Mai is the northern part of Thailand's cultural capital, with its interesting mix of ancient temples, exciting outdoor activities, and a lively community of locals. Take this familiarization tour in this beautiful city where the past and present blend seamlessly.

Commence the familiarization tour at the prestigious Wat Phra Singh, one of the most beautiful Buddhist Temples, known for its incredible architecture and peaceful surroundings. Gaze upon the beautiful Lanna-style buildings and the magnificent Lak Muang Buddha image.

If you want to do something outdoors, Doi Inthanon National Park is a nice place to visit, for it contains the highest peak in Thailand and a huge variety of flora and fauna. Take a walk in the green forests, enjoy the cascade of waterfalls, and have fun at the scenic viewpoints. If you want a bit of a challenge, try rock climbing or zip-lining through the canopy.

Day 7-10: Thai Island Hopping

After all that culture in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, we know you'll love relaxing on one of Thailand's gorgeous islands. There'll be sun, sand, and turquoise waters for three days! You'll be on some of the most breathtaking islands in the world.

Your island adventure starts on the gorgeous island of Phuket, Thailand's largest and most famous island. Day 11: Kuala Lumpur 

Kuala Lumpur, the vibrant, modern, and colourful capital of Malaysia, is a friendly, rich city with a fascinating cultural heritage. To find out more, your journey will continue with the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, the tallest twin skyscrapers in the world. We’re sure that you would love the amazing views from the sky bridge and observation decks!

After that, take a lovely stroll through local Chinatown, where you'll find a vibrant array of street markets and quaint shophouses brimming with tantalising street food stalls serving up lip-smacking Chinese cuisine regional specialties like spicy noodle soup, laksa and the delicious coconut rice nasi lemak. You'll absolutely adore the legendary marketplace at Petaling Street, Jalan Alor and these traditional cuisines!

Moreover, if you're in Kuala Lumpur, you've got to check out the Batu Caves! It's such a gorgeous Hindu temple complex, carved out of limestone rock. You can even climb the 272 steps to enter the main cave and then find, at the top, some really impressive statues and a wonderful sense of peace and spiritual vibes.

Day 12-13: Langkawi

Located off the northwest coast of Malaysia is Langkawi, an archipelago of 99 islands. Dripping white sandy beaches, rainforests, and various geological formations, this is the true definition of a tropical paradise—the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The best thing to do in Langkawi would have to be the Langkawi Cable Car, an amazing journey through the rainforest canopy right up to the top of Gunung Mat Cincang. There are great views from the top of the islands and out over the Andaman Sea. Next up, the SkyCube is a cool suspended glass-floored observation deck that will leave you with this sort of strange feeling, like walking on air.

Plus, Langkawi is famous for its beautiful beaches: Pantai Cenang, Pantai Tengah, and Pantai Kok. You can spend your days sunbathing or swimming in the crystal-clear blue waters of those beaches. Others enjoy water sports such as jet-skiing or parasailing. If you are looking to seclude yourself, there are more unknown beaches like Tanjung Rhu or Datai Bay.

Following that is a trip to the Langkawi Craft Complex, a rich testament to the diverse cultural heritage of the island, where traditional crafts of batik painting and woodcarving are showcased. Day 14-15: Penang 

Penang is a beautiful island in the northwestern part of Malaysia, full of culture and food. No wonder it is called the 'Food Capital of Malaysia.' For any foodie, it's a paradise with an endless variety of street food and a rich tapestry of culinary influences.

Start in the beautiful, historical Georgetown, one of the finest, best-preserved colonial areas in the world and a part of the UNESCO Heritage Site. You can walk along the narrow streets and be flanked on both sides by colorful shop houses, mostly Chinese clan houses, and some gorgeous, ornate temples, or even great colonial buildings. We recommend Khoo Kongsi, one of the wondrous with its great Chinese clan house architecture and intricate carvings.

Don’t forget Penang is a great place to try cuisines in iconic hawker stalls or night markets. From the tasty stir-fried rice noodles and spicy noodle soup to the delicious skewers and refreshing dessert in coconut milk, it has them all.
