The city of Uong Bi is located in the western part of Quang Ninh province, approximately 115 km east of the capital city Hanoi, about 30 km north of the center of Hai Phong city, and 39 km west of Halong City.

The temple architecture is deeply influenced by Buddhism. Despite the damage caused by numerous wars, the temple complex has been meticulously restored to its original form.

The most suitable time to visit the temple for worship is in January of the lunar calendar when it is bustling with people coming to pay their respects. However, if you prefer a serene atmosphere and wish to fully experience the solemnity of the temple, you can choose to visit on days other than the major religious festivals.
Yen Tu Bronze Pagoda
This pagoda holds the most records in Vietnam and is also considered unique in the world due to its building materials and architecture. The temple's construction began in the late 17th century, using entirely bronze as its primary material. This was quite different from the Vietnamese temples of that era, which were primarily built from wood. The temple was last reconstructed and completed in 2006. It follows the architectural style of the "Dinh" character, although this "Dinh" character is designed to resemble a blooming lotus.
