How to get to Phayao

If you travel to Thailand on your own, you can refer to bus companies that operate daily from the Northern Bus Station in Bangkok (Mo Chit 2) to Phayao.

Visitors may take frequent trains from Bangkok's Lumphong Hua Station to Den Chai Station in Phrae, or to Lampang or Chiang Mai, and then switch to buses for Phayao.

There are no regularly scheduled flights to Phayao. Visitors may fly from Bangkok to Chiang Rai, then take a bus to Phayao.
